Passive Sentence

Passive sentences or commonly known as Passive Voice or Passive sentences or there is also a call Passive Forms is one form or sentence in English. In a nutshell definition of Passive Voice means a form of transitive verb English grammar which is the subject of the sentence behave as “patients”, ie that receives the action of a job. Passive sentences generally contrasted with active sentence or commonly known as Active voice, this phrase means a transitive verb form where the subject of the sentence behave as an “agent”, that is the action of a job.

Formulation Passive Voice

S + to be + Verb3 + Object + Modifier

 

Example Passive Voice

Active             : Rani helps Dona. (Artinya: Rani menolong Dona).

Passive            : Dona is helped by Rani. (Artinya: Dona ditolong oleh Rani).

Simple Present	Rani helps Dona.	Dona is helped by Rani.
Present Progressive	Rani is helping Dona.	Dona is being helped by Rani.
Present Perfect	Rani has helped Dona.	Dona has been helped by Rani.
Simple Past	Rani helped Dona.	Dona was helped by Rani.
Past Progressive	Rani was helping Dona.	Dona was being helped by Rani.
Past Perfect	Rani had helped Dona.	Dona had been helped by Rani.
Simple Future	Rani will help Dona.	Dona will be helped by Rani.
To Be Going To	Rani is going to help Dona.	Dona is going to be helped by Rani.
Future Perfect	Rani will have helped Dona.	Dona will have been helped by Rani.

1.      Active       : He meets them everyday

Passive      : They are met by him everyday.

2.      Active       : She waters this plant every two day.

Passive      : This plant is watered by her every two days.

3.      Active       : She has watered this plant for 5 minutes.

Passive      : This plant has been watered by her for 5 minutes.

4.      Active       : He had met them before I came.

Passive      : They had been met by him before I came.

5.      Active       : He will meet them tomorrow.

Passive      : They will be met by him tomorrow.

6.      Active       : The farmers are going to harvest the crops next week.

Passive      : The crops are going to harvested by the farmers next week.

7.      Active       : She will water this plant this afternoon.

Passive      : This plant will be watered by her this afternoon.

8.      Active       : He is meeting them now.

Passive      : They are being met by him now.

9.      Active       : She is watering this plant now.

Passive      : This plant is being watered by her now.

10.  Active       : Tania buy textbooks

Passive      : Textbooks purchased Tania.

Passive -> Active

1.      Passive      : A cake is being made by my sister.

Active       : My sister is making a cake.

2.      Passive      : A party will be held by her.

Active       :  She will hold a party.

3.      Passive      : The meeting would be cancelled by him.

Active       :  He would cancel the meeting.

4.      Passive      : Radio can not be repaired by him.

Active       : He can not fix the radio .

5.      Passive      : The umbrella is being took by Ridho.

Active       :  Ridho is taking the umbrella.

6.      Passive      : Money willl be borrowed from the bank by Indah.

Active       : Indah will be borrow money from the bank.

7.      Passive      : Water is drunk by everybody .

Active       : Water is drunk by everybody .

8.      Passive      : Fuel will be saved by cars.

      Active       : New cars will save fuel.

9.      Passive      : The wood was sanded by the carpenter.

      Active       : The carpenter sanded the wood.

10.  Passive      : A diamond are bought by me .

Active       : I bought a diamond.

Hello my name is Nina but you can call me ade nina. I was 8 semester students who want to quickly graduated from college and become a scholar. Here I'll tell you about my hobbies, regarding hobbies, many things that I like and I can do over and over again maybe it could be called as a hobbies.

 

I like to listen to music on mobile phone, while being tired, tired and dizzy because after activity I always listen to music to disappear the tired and entertain themselves with music because I can feel calm following the song being listened to and that can help me when tired being struck, I like to listen to music with songs about love. Even my friends and often went to sing only to eliminate fatigue and of course have fun singing along with this fun hahaha.

Then, I really like the streets let alone the road or on vacation to a place with friends. A year ago I and a friend on holiday to Yogyakarta, because both like roads finally on vacation when we were all on holiday together and I really really enjoyed every holiday we are doing, all the holiday fair amount of time a lot of things that I do with friends of going to the beach, to the temple of Borobudur, photos and buy souvenirs we were enjoying it.

Me and my friends love culinary tour, we love to eat, like to try our food has never tasted. there every time and we always took the opportunity to go for the sake culinary tasting good food although sometimes enough to make our wallets out of money. But we are very happy, happy road and culinary culinary because we came to know about the food tasty and delicious, tasty and delicious food sometimes is not always expensive we sometimes also eat at cheaper places but enough to make us comfortable to cuss and comfortable to spend time together to chat and entertain themselves of all the coursework that sometimes make you tired.

I also like to watch movies in theaters, often while being bored or no activity or when there is a new movie in the cinema I soon came to watch. But of course I am often to the movies with my friends because I think watching with friends was more exciting, more crowded and more enjoyable.

And the last one I love Badminton, from the little I really like the badminton badminton because I could sweat and for me it is very healthy. I am almost every day exactly every afternoon playing badminton house or yard, but for now while being busy with my college very rarely play badminton, not every day as before may only when a holiday or a lecture I rue the day I can play badminton.

So I can write about the hobby, the things above are all the things I often do for example listening to music, sightseeing, dining, cinema and sports. I am very pleased and happy if doing it all.
